I specialize in Swedish Massage, deep tissue, cranio sacral, reflexology, hot stone therapy, and mother/child or infant massge therapy.
I believe everyone from infant to the elderly, all stages of life and conditons, will benefit from massage therapy, physically, menatally and emotionally, promoting pain relief, stress management, better sleep, anxiety relief and overall well being tailored to each individuals needs.
I do what I do beacuse I love to help and heal people. I have many years of experience as a Nurse working with patients of all ages and conditions in life which I feel carrys over to my practice of massage therapy, but on a more one on one personal level. I love to make a difference in the lives of others through helping and healing.
A liittle bit about me personally, I am a mother of one 19 yr old son, who works at Mayo clinic as an MA going to ASU for his medical studies degree, taking after mom in the helping and healing profession. I am from the Portland Oregon area, but have been in Arizona for my adult life. I own two fur babies, Star and Coco which are both mini dachshounds, my babies. I enjoy an active lifestyle, including working out, hiking, watersports, horseback riding, and being out in nature hiing traveling, the beach, lakes boating camping etc.with my free time. and spedning time with and going out with faily and friends.
